Adssassin provides AI-assisted analysis and management of Google Ads accounts you connect. Changes to your account are proposed as previews and applied only after your explicit approval.
We don't offer a free trial. We offer this instead: if Adssassin isn't for you, email support@adssassin.ai within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full — no questions, no retention call, no form. The refund covers your first billing period on your first subscription; your access ends when it is issued, and anything Adssassin already produced for you is yours to keep. Renewals after that first period are covered by the ordinary cancellation terms above rather than by this guarantee.
No unlawful use, no attempts to access other customers' data, no reselling of the service without an agreement, no abuse of the platform (e.g., automated scraping of the AI). Team seats are for members of your organization.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for advertising spend outcomes, platform policy actions by Google, or indirect damages.
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.
